About the Role
Multiple kitchen positions at Nara Thai Cuisine requiring Thai cuisine expertise, from Sous Chef (3 yrs exp) through Chef de Partie (2 yrs) to Cook (1 yr + certification).
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present authentic Thai cuisine
- Manage assigned kitchen station
- Supervise junior kitchen staff (Sous Chef level)
- Maintain quality and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Sous Chef: 3 years experience in similar capacity, Thai cuisine knowledge
- Chef de Partie: 2 years experience in similar capacity, Thai cuisine knowledge preferred
- Cook: 1 year experience plus certification from a professional school or hotel
