Production Supervisor to oversee daily printing and finishing operations in Kandy, manage production schedules and team performance, and ensure quality standards and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily printing and finishing operations
• Monitor production schedules for timely delivery
• Uphold quality standards during production
• Lead and develop production team members
• Enforce workplace safety protocols
• Collaborate across departments to fulfill customer needs

Requirements

• GCE O/L qualification or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience (printing industry background preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to perform under pressure
