About the Role

Lead mechanical maintenance at the Ekala factory, supervising fitters, welders, and technicians to ensure continuous and safe plant equipment operation.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily mechanical maintenance activities of the plant
Lead maintenance teams including fitters, welders, and technicians
Manage equipment breakdowns and implement preventive maintenance planning
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality controls
Train mechanical staff to enhance technical competency

Requirements

NVQ Level 4+ in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years industrial maintenance experience
Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or foreman role
Expertise in conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors
