About the Role

Seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor for building construction projects, requiring independent management of cost estimation, BOQs, and contract administration. Proficiency in AutoCAD and CostX is essential, along with the ability to interpret multi-discipline drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs and cost estimates for building projects
• Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Perform cost control and expenditure monitoring
• Manage contracts and procurement activities
• Manage multiple projects independently
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Minimum 2–5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Knowledge of construction estimating, BOQs, contracts, and cost control
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, CostX, and MS Office
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities
• Valid driving license preferred
