About the Role

Drive outbound lead generation for international clients through cold calls, emails, and social outreach working US business hours from home in Colombo. Book qualified meetings with prospects and maintain CRM records for a multinational sales team.

Responsibilities

Generate leads via cold emails, calls, text messages, and social messaging
Conduct cold calls with strong verbal communication skills
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on client relationship development
Meet weekly targets for contacts reached and meetings booked
Research company services and develop ROI talking points for prospects
Maintain CRM and spreadsheet documentation accurately

Requirements

Availability to work US business hours (6:30 PM – 5:30 AM Sri Lanka Time)
Excellent verbal and written English proficiency
Basic computer literacy with familiarity with Skype, Zoom, Google Docs
High-speed internet connection required
Prior sales/marketing experience preferred but not mandatory
