About the Role

Hemas Holdings is seeking an experienced Senior MLT for their Negombo laboratory. The role requires a B.Sc. in Biological Science with Biochemistry or an MLT Diploma along with over 5 years of laboratory experience in a reputed institution.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on laboratory investigations, turnaround time, and special test preparations
• Oversee test availability and laboratory workflow
• Conduct and supervise routine and specialized laboratory tests
• Maintain quality standards and laboratory documentation
• Guide and support junior laboratory staff

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Biological Science with Biochemistry from a recognized university, OR Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
• More than 5 years of experience as an MLT in a reputed laboratory
