Assistant Pharmacist / Pharmacy Assistant

About the Role

Joseph Fraser Ninewells, a specialized women's and children's hospital, is recruiting Assistant Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants for their Colombo 05 facility. Candidates will support medication dispensing in a maternal and pediatric hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and safely under pharmacist supervision
• Assist in day-to-day pharmacy operations and stock management
• Handle prescription verification and patient medication counselling
• Maintain pharmacy records and ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Diploma in Pharmacy or relevant pharmacy qualification from a recognized institution
• Registration with Sri Lanka Medical Council preferred
• Accuracy and attention to detail
