About the Role

Softlogic Restaurants is expanding with new Asian cuisine locations and seeks a Pastry & Bakery Sous Chef at their Piliyandala outlet; full training available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pastry and bakery kitchen production
• Maintain quality standards across baked goods and pastry items
• Support kitchen team in a fast-paced multi-brand restaurant environment

Requirements

• Ordinary Level education minimum
• No prior experience required – full training provided
• Willingness to learn and grow within an expanding restaurant chain
