About the Role
Softlogic Restaurants is expanding with new Asian cuisine locations and seeks a Pastry & Bakery Sous Chef at their Piliyandala outlet; full training available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Oversee pastry and bakery kitchen production
- Maintain quality standards across baked goods and pastry items
- Support kitchen team in a fast-paced multi-brand restaurant environment
Requirements
- Ordinary Level education minimum
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Willingness to learn and grow within an expanding restaurant chain
