Credit Cards Sales Representative

About the Role

Promote and sell DFCC Bank credit card products to prospective and existing customers, process applications, meet sales targets, and provide after-sales support.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads and conduct sales presentations to prospective customers
• Explain credit card product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria
• Process applications and collect required documentation
• Meet individual and team monthly sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support

Requirements

• GCE A/L or equivalent educational qualifications
• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Basic financial literacy and numeracy skills
• Previous experience in banking or direct sales preferred
