Relationship Manager - Commercial Banking

About the Role

Manage SME client portfolios to drive revenue and PBT targets, analyze credit proposals, provide advisory services, and ensure portfolio quality and lending compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage SME client portfolios to achieve revenue and PBT performance targets
• Book new assets and grow liabilities through customized financial solutions
• Analyze credit proposals and prepare reports for approval authorities
• Conduct regular client meetings and maintain strong business relationships
• Ensure lending compliance with bank credit standards and policies

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in banking or financial institutions with hands-on credit experience
• At least 4 years at managerial level as a Relationship Manager or Credit Manager
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification (CIMA managerial level or higher)
