Lead the FX and rates trading team to achieve organizational targets, develop and execute trading plans, manage pricing operations, and ensure full regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FX and Rates Trading team to achieve organizational targets
• Develop and implement trading plans aligned with business strategy
• Manage financial markets processes and oversee pricing operations
• Ensure full regulatory compliance across all trading activities
• Drive the implementation of new financial products

Requirements

• Certificate Course in Treasury and Foreign Exchange Operations
• Demonstrated experience in FX and interest rate trading
• Expertise in forwards, futures, hedging, currency swaps, and interest rate options
• Strong knowledge of risk management and internal controls
