About the Role

Senior Site Engineers required for a building construction project in Colombo 3, responsible for supervising all structural and finishing works and managing site teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise site operations for high-rise building construction
• Review and interpret structural drawings and specifications
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily work schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and timelines

Requirements

• BSc in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction, with at least 2 years in a senior role
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of STAAD Pro an advantage
