MEP Engineer

About the Role

MEP Engineer role with a leading Sri Lankan construction management consultancy in Colombo, overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems coordination and supervision on client projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all MEP-related works on project sites
• Review MEP shop drawings and ensure conformance with design intent
• Assist with procurement and material coordination for MEP works
• Support coordination between civil construction teams and MEP sub-contractors
• Prepare MEP progress reports and technical documentation

Requirements

• Higher National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in MEP, Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP project supervision or management
• Experience managing at least two MEP disciplines (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection)
