About the Role

Senior management role leading Bureau Veritas Lanka's Building and Infrastructure inspection and certification service line from the Colombo 10 office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Building & Infrastructure service line team
• Oversee delivery of building inspections, technical audits, and certification services
• Develop client relationships and drive business growth in the segment
• Ensure all services comply with Bureau Veritas quality and safety standards
• Prepare technical reports, proposals, and service quotations

Requirements

• Degree in Civil, Structural, or Building Services Engineering from a recognized university
• Minimum 8 years of experience in building inspection, project management, or related field
• Professional membership with IESL or equivalent body preferred
