About the Role

Site Supervisor for a 100 MW utility-scale solar power project in Monaragala, managing construction and installation activities on a large renewable energy site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site construction and installation activities for the solar power project
• Monitor contractor and labour performance against project schedules
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and logistics
• Report daily site progress to the project manager

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
• 2-5 years of experience in construction site supervision
• Knowledge of solar PV systems and related electrical installations an advantage
• Willingness to be stationed at project site in Monaragala
