Quantity Surveyor (Civil | Mechanical)

About the Role

Quantity Surveyor with civil or mechanical background, based at the Biyagama (Mabima) facility, handling cost management and contract administration for engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities for civil and mechanical works
• Estimate costs and prepare tender documents
• Administer contracts and process variations and claims
• Monitor expenditure against approved budgets and report variances

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in QS or cost management
• Familiarity with both civil and mechanical QS work
