About the Role

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients in assigned wards or units
• Administer medications and carry out prescribed nursing procedures
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes to the medical team

• Nursing Sisters: supervise and mentor junior nursing staff

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
• Registration with the Sri Lanka Nursing Council
• 1-3 years of hospital nursing experience (for Staff Nurse)
• 3-5 years including a supervisory role (for Nursing Sister)
