Responsibilities
Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with curriculum requirements
Assess student work and provide constructive feedback
Maintain accurate academic records
Supervise student projects and conduct exam preparation sessions
Contribute to syllabus development and quality assurance processes
Participate in departmental meetings and student mentoring
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
Teaching or tutoring experience in higher education or vocational training
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction technology, structural analysis, and QS practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Competence in academic administration and learning management systems
