About the Role

Identifies and secures new business opportunities across warehousing, transportation, distribution, and value-added services, managing sales pipelines, conducting market analysis, and maintaining key client relationships.

Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across warehousing, transportation, distribution, and value-added services
Manage customer relationships and retain existing accounts
Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence
Manage sales pipeline and reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and finance teams
Achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred
Minimum 5–7 years in Business Development, Sales, or Key Account Management
Preferred experience in 3PL, logistics, transportation, or service sectors
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
CRM proficiency and MS Office competency
