About the Role

Coordinates international shipment details for EFL's Canadian brokerage operations from Colombo, liaising with shipping lines, customs authorities, and freight forwarders while working night shifts aligned with Canadian time zones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment details with Canadian brokerage team in International Trade System
• Liaise with shipping lines, Canada Customs, and freight forwarders
• Track shipments via shipping line and terminal systems
• Prepare operational and performance reports
• Perform data validation and entry tasks
• Support day-to-day international logistics operations

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• G.C.E. Advanced Level with minimum three passes
• Fluent English communication (verbal and written)
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with Canadian time zones
• Prior logistics or freight forwarding experience (preferred)
