About the Role

Develops and secures new business with strategic corporate clients across ocean freight, air freight, and customs brokerage services, managing sales proposals and client relationships for a major freight forwarding division.

Responsibilities

Develop and secure new business opportunities with strategic corporate and enterprise clients
Prepare comprehensive logistics proposals across ocean freight, air freight, and customs brokerage
Manage and grow existing client relationships
Drive revenue targets across freight forwarding service lines
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service delivery

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field
CILT certification preferred
4–6 years sales experience in freight forwarding or 3PL logistics
Knowledge of ocean freight, air freight, customs brokerage, and incoterms
CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
