About the Role

Support FMCG production operations by overseeing daily manufacturing activities, supervising production staff, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily production operations and implement production schedules
Supervise production staff and provide training support
Maintain quality control and ensure safety compliance
Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers
Identify process improvements and maintain production records

Requirements

Diploma, Professional Qualification, or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related discipline
5 years of production/operations experience, ideally in the FMCG sector
Proficiency in production management software
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent leadership and communication capabilities
