Manufacturing Engineering & Quality Executive

About the Role

Manage end-of-line testing, equipment maintenance, and quality assurance operations for an automotive manufacturer/assembler in Colombo.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-of-line testing for manufactured vehicles/components
• Maintain tool stock and manage equipment maintenance
• Oversee electrical systems and panelboard maintenance
• Manage manpower allocation and optimize production processes
• Perform root cause analysis for quality defects and issues

Requirements

• GCE Advanced Level in Mathematics stream
• B.Sc, HND, NDT, or TTI qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Manufacturing
• Knowledge of automobile systems and aspects
• High aptitude and strong soft skills
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (not mandatory)
