Production Supervisor – Kadawatha

About the Role

Oversee daily production operations at Dilmah's Kadawatha facility, supervising rotational shift staff and driving continuous improvement in a FMCG environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards
• Supervise production staff across rotational shifts to meet targets
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain production records and reporting

Requirements

• GCE A/L qualification (Math/Science stream preferred)
• 3-5 years manufacturing experience in FMCG
• Age below 30 years
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems
• Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, TPM manufacturing excellence tools
• Tamil language proficiency an added advantage
