Quality Inspector (Softlines)

About the Role

Conduct on-site garment and textile product inspections at factories in Sri Lanka on behalf of global retail brands, using AQL standards and company protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily emails for inspection documents and scheduling
• Attend inspection sites punctually and maintain professional supplier communication
• Execute product inspections per QIMA protocols
• Supervise container stuffing per established procedures
• Complete and submit inspection reports within company timelines

Requirements

• College degree or higher in apparel or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years quality management experience in garment or textile sector
• Knowledge of AQL standards and relevant safety/quality regulations
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong attention to detail and professional ethics
