Support the Production Manager in meeting plant targets and optimizing workforce productivity at Brandix's Avissawella garment facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager - Production to ensure production targets for the plant are met
• Address customer complaints and provide timely solutions
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and internal departments
• Optimize workforce productivity while maintaining compliance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Production, Engineering, or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant production or manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of sewing techniques and production planning
