About the Role

Manage HR operations including recruitment and employee relations for a new mixed-use commercial development in Trincomalee.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
• Oversee attendance and leave management
• Support daily HR operations in a fast-paced commercial environment

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Human Resources
• Previous experience in commercial buildings, shopping malls, supermarkets, hotels, or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
