About the Role

Ensure labor, environmental, and social compliance at an apparel solutions manufacturer serving international retail clients in Ekala.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Sri Lankan labor and environmental regulations
• Monitor and coordinate compliance audits for international retail clients
• Oversee factory certifications including OEKO-TEX and recycling standards
• Conduct internal risk assessments
• Enforce EHS workplace policies
• Implement codes of conduct and deliver compliance training

Requirements

• Diploma in business administration, HR, or engineering/manufacturing
• 1-3 years experience in compliance, auditing, or risk management
• Knowledge of local labor laws and BOI regulations
• High ethical standards
