About the Role

Lead MEP coordination and technical design review for premium real estate construction projects in Colombo, ensuring high-performance mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

Lead coordination with all consultants and stakeholders to finalize high-performance MEP designs
Review designs, specifications, and technical documents to ensure they meet stipulated design standards
Maximize efficiency and value engineering opportunities across MEP systems
Oversee MEP site engineering and execution on construction projects

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in MEP site engineering and execution
