About the Role

Responsibilities

Report to Senior Quantity Surveyor
Extract quantities from architectural drawings
Prepare bill of quantities
Identify revisions across project phases
Attend client meetings and address inquiries

Requirements

Diploma Certificate / NCT / NDT or Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from an accredited institution
Pre and post-contract experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and proactive approach
