Senior Quality Engineer

About the Role

Data-focused QA role validating ETL pipelines, BI dashboards, and data models while building Python-based automation frameworks in a GCP cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategies and manage test planning
• Validate data models, BI reports, and dashboards for accuracy
• Execute test cases for data pipelines and ETL processes
• Develop Python-based automation frameworks
• Maintain test documentation and execution records
• Perform data validation and root cause analysis on data issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field
• 1-3 years in Software or Data Quality Engineering
• Good SQL knowledge with query writing and validation ability
• Basic to intermediate Python for test automation and data validation
• Experience with Agile environments (Jira, Confluence)
• GCP cloud data platform experience preferred
