Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the kitchen team
- Prepare and oversee production of authentic traditional Sri Lankan cuisine
- Plan and develop menus
- Maintain food hygiene and safety standards
- Manage food costs and kitchen supplies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
- Advanced Level education
- Age below 45 years
- Proficiency in authentic Sri Lankan cuisine preparation
