About the Role
Support mechanical engineering and maintenance operations at the Horana manufacturing plant, ensuring equipment reliability and process efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Support mechanical design and process improvement initiatives
- Monitor and maintain manufacturing equipment performance
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime
- Maintain technical records and maintenance logs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience considered
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
