About the Role

Lead engineering teams to plan, implement, and optimize cotton wear production processes at a fast-growing apparel manufacturer with 700+ employees in Western Province.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering teams and coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance departments
Plan and optimize manufacturing workflows for cotton wear products
Ensure efficient resource utilization and maintain safety and quality standards
Resolve technical issues and minimize downtime
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Analyze production data and implement process enhancements
Support new product introductions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Demonstrated experience in apparel/textiles manufacturing with large-scale operations
Proven leadership abilities and analytical problem-solving skills
Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
On-site availability and effective cross-team communication
Proficiency with engineering and production software tools
