Quantity Surveyor - Steel Structures

About the Role

Manage cost estimation, bills of quantities, and project valuation for steel structure and pre-engineered building projects, coordinating with engineers and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bills of quantities and quantity take-offs from drawings
• Monitor project costs and control budgets
• Schedule materials and coordinate procurement
• Prepare work valuations and progress claims
• Coordinate with engineers and construction consultants

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 5 years construction quantity surveying experience
• Steel structures or pre-engineered building experience
• AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel proficiency
