About the Role
Manage all cost aspects of MEP construction projects including budgeting, BOQ preparation, cost monitoring, and supplier contract negotiation for an electro-mechanical contractor.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project budgets and bills of quantities
- Monitor project costs against financial targets
- Evaluate and negotiate supplier and subcontractor contracts
- Conduct site visits for progress assessment
Requirements
- Age below 40 years
- Good educational qualifications
- Minimum 3 years QS experience in MEP field
- Fluent English and Sinhala
