Project Manager

About the Role

Manage construction projects from planning through completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination, for a property development and construction company.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage construction project schedules and budgets
• Lead and coordinate Quantity Surveyor and Project Coordinator teams
• Attend job site meetings and coordinate project submittals and specifications
• Procure quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration
• 3-5 years relevant construction project management experience
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, or similar software
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Valid driving license (advantageous)
