About the Role
Supervise construction activities, maintain quality standards, and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders across multiple project sites for a civil engineering company.
Responsibilities
- Read and understand construction drawings and specifications
- Monitor site activities and maintain quality standards
- Implement safety procedures and best practices
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
- Prepare and document progress reports
- Manage multiple tasks within deadlines across project sites
Requirements
- Civil Engineering or Construction Diploma required (degree holders preferred)
- 1-4 years site supervision experience in construction
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Leadership and problem-solving capabilities
- Willingness to work across various project sites
