About the Role

NorLanka is recruiting across multiple merchandising levels — from development and bulk to account management and manager — with a strong focus on baby and kids wear category expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage merchandising activities across development and bulk stages
• Handle baby and kids wear accounts independently
• Coordinate with buyers and production teams
• Manage time and action calendars
• Ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of baby and kids wear apparel
• Relevant merchandising experience
• Ability to perform in a stable, fast-paced growth environment
