Manager / Senior Executive – Garment Technologist

About the Role

Lead or support garment technology functions including technical fitting, garment construction review, and quality compliance for UK and European retail brand clients at Emjay International's Kandy facility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical fitting sessions and evaluate garment prototypes
• Review garment construction against buyer specifications
• Liaise with buyers on technical comments and approvals
• Manage garment technology team (manager-level applicants)
• Ensure compliance with quality and ethical manufacturing standards

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in Garment Technology, Clothing Technology, or Apparel Technology
• Experience in technical fitting and garment technology
• Strong knowledge of garment construction principles
