Responsibilities

• Implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding
• Develop and monitor HR procedures organisation-wide
• Foster positive work environment
• Assess and implement training programmes
• Bridge management and employee relations
• Provide HR metrics and decision support to leadership

Requirements

• Prior experience as HR Manager or Senior HR Executive
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• People-focused and results-driven mindset
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labour law
