Senior HR Executive - Talent Acquisition

About the Role

Manage end-to-end recruitment and support the organisation's hiring objectives through sourcing, screening, and stakeholder coordination at a growing IT company in Colombo.

Responsibilities

• Handle full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through onboarding
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and multiple channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Build talent pipelines and track recruitment metrics
• Maintain candidate databases
• Ensure compliance in recruitment processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-4 years recruitment/talent acquisition experience
• End-to-end recruitment handling capability
• CIPM professional qualification preferred
