Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks
- Maintain employee records and attendance
- Support recruitment and onboarding
- Manage office administration and procurement
- Liaise with external agencies and vendors
- Ensure statutory compliance (EPF/ETF)
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in HR Management or Business Administration
- 2+ years experience in an HR or admin role
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
