About the Role
Debt recovery executive role at SDB Bank managing NPL portfolios across regional branches island-wide.
Responsibilities
- Manage and control loan NPL portfolio in assigned regions
- Ensure timely recovery and minimize impairment charges
- Monitor new loans transferred to NPL category
- Coordinate with regional recovery coordinators
- Drive recovery performance metrics across branches
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years at Junior Executive grade
- Minimum 4 years Banking/Financial Sector experience
- Debt recovery experience preferred
