About the Role

Operations and maintenance management role at The KALA Group in Colombo 13, overseeing facilities, repairs, and contractor coordination.

Responsibilities

Support Operations Manager with planning and monitoring daily operations
Supervise maintenance and operational teams
Oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility inspections
Coordinate with contractors and service providers
Manage equipment and asset maintenance programs
Lead operational projects including purchasing and quality control

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Civil, Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
3-5 years of experience in facility, warehouse, or building operations and maintenance
Strong leadership and English communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
