About the Role

Pre-opening leadership role for a luxury boutique coastal hotel in Hiriketiya opening September 2026, responsible for establishing operational standards and shaping the guest experience.

Responsibilities

Lead all pre-opening operations for the property
Establish operational standards across all hotel departments
Design and curate distinctive guest experiences
Mentor and develop the hotel team
Manage PR and stakeholder relationships

Requirements

Demonstrated success in hotel pre-openings
Strong Rooms Division background
PR and stakeholder management experience
Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Guest Services)
Exposure to Southern coastal Sri Lanka properties preferred
