Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations and lead the team
• Manage, train, and motivate florists and shop staff
• Drive sales through customer engagement and upselling
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with distribution
• Handle cash reconciliation and performance reporting
• Ensure brand standards in displays and customer service

Requirements

• Prior retail management experience (luxury, lifestyle, or floristry preferred)
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and seasonal peaks
• Sales-oriented mindset with accountability focus
