Responsibilities

Analyze production requirements and plan line layouts
Optimize workflow efficiency
Train machine operators on equipment and safety protocols
Monitor efficiency metrics and operator performance
Troubleshoot technical equipment issues on the production floor

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
Minimum 1 year relevant experience
Proficiency in industrial engineering software
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies
