Customer Success Executive (Pattern Technician)

About the Role

Train Sri Lanka garment factory teams on the Fashionr digital platform, interpret buyer techpacks, and serve as liaison between factory pattern rooms and R&D. Remote role with travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Train factory teams to execute apparel styles using Fashionr platform
• Interpret buyer techpacks and support garment construction decisions
• Manage digital assets including patterns measurements fabrics and trims
• Coordinate with R&D teams on platform issue resolution

Requirements

• Pattern making expertise with Optitex Gemini or Gerber
• 5-8 years garment factory experience
• 3D platform experience preferred
• Fluent English communication skills
