About the Role

Manage cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract administration for civil construction and infrastructure projects including road and water supply works based in Gampaha.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities and cost estimates for civil and infrastructure works
• Review construction plans and assess quantity requirements
• Manage material procurement and track costs
• Prepare progress payment certificates and variation orders
• Liaise with clients contractors and subcontractors

Requirements

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in road construction and infrastructure
• IQSSL membership advantageous
